The ability of the virus to reproduce and infect is something not seen in the world at a global level, regardless of the degree of development of any country. It’s hitting all of us at the same time.

My way of seeing it is positive, despite having cases of very close relatives who have recently been taken to another level by this epidemic.

A journey a few inches from logic.

This 2020 and since I embarked on this personal and professional project in Catalonia in The Leadership Circle I am feeling as if space-time is multiplying in intensity, learning and experiences at an internal and deep level.

I would like to take this opportunity once again to thank and acknowledge two key people for the real changes that are taking place and are being perceived, at least on my part. I feel better, lighter, more connected to the universe, and above all different, from when I started in June 2019.

Thank you Liberto and Rosario for guiding me (us) every day with illusion, energy, passion, wisdom and love in this winding and fun path of continuous learning called life. …

This gives me the gift of presence and the ability to invest time in the mere fact of stopping with a conscious intention of my own existence and observing what that very moment brings when I decide to stop. …

Today is a hard and bad day. This is how I feel now, after someone close told me a German homeless called Markus passed away today.

Markus had been living and sleeping for the last 3 years in a public bench facing lately ridiculously cold and humid nights (the photo is not him)

I was personally shopping for him, as some others around the neighborhood, offering him help and support to cover his basic daily needs. Food, water and a pinch of love in the form of time, conversation and greetings.

It was sad to know his story, his wife and daughter seemed to have died in a car accident, and from there he left on foot Germany reaching Catalonia with with zero material possessions. I can imagine for him there were not many more things giving him what he felt for the ones he loved. …

A few days ago I was driving to Madrid from Catalonia where I currently reside to spend a few days with family and friends.

On the way something happened to me that is difficult to explain but easy to feel when one is “open” to “things” that many believe to be crazy.

Several of my deceased loved ones and family members sent me a simple and clear message:

“Remember us, but from love and not from fear. Remember our happy and not so happy moments. And in doing so, think that we are okay where we are and that your existence is more important than yourself. …

During the last months I have integrated more a very simple assumption I was defending in previous posts and occasions.

What really matters in life is what really matters, dot. This is a simple assumption and can lead to hours of never-ending discussions and tribulations.
